The Service is operated from and primarily directed toward users within the State of Israel. The Club does not directly collect, store, or have access to your complete payment card or banking credentials.
  • Marketplace and Commercial Data: Information you voluntarily submit in connection with the listing, advertisement, or sale of goods through the Service's marketplace functionality, including item descriptions, photographs, pricing information, and any contact details you elect to make publicly available.
  • Financial Documentation: Transaction receipts, invoices, and related fiscal records generated in connection with payments made through the Service, as may be required for compliance with applicable tax and financial reporting obligations.

7. Minors and Youth Members

The Club provides services to individuals across various age classifications, including members under the age of eighteen (18). The creation of an account and use of the Service by any individual under the age of eighteen requires the prior informed consent of a parent or legal guardian. Parents and legal guardians may, at any time, contact us to review, amend, or request the deletion of personal information collected from or about their minor child, subject to applicable legal requirements and retention obligations.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information for the periods reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, subject to the following general guidelines:
  • Account and membership data is retained for the duration of your active relationship with the Club and for a reasonable transitional period thereafter
  • Financial records, receipts, and transaction documentation are retained for a minimum period of seven (7) years, or such longer period as may be required by applicable Israeli tax and fiscal legislation
  • Marketplace listing data associated with expired or removed listings is retained for a reasonable period not exceeding twelve (12) months following expiration or removal
  • Aggregated and anonymized analytical data, which does not identify individual users, may be retained indefinitely for statistical and service improvement purposes
  • Communications and messaging data is retained for the duration of your membership or such other period as may be reasonably necessary
You may submit a request for the deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time, subject to our obligations under applicable law to retain certain categories of information.

9. Your Rights Under Applicable Law

Subject to applicable law, including the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981 (the "Privacy Law"), you may be entitled to exercise the following rights with respect to your personal information:
  • The right to request access to and obtain a copy of the personal information we hold about you
  • The right to request the rectification or correction of inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated personal information
  • The right to request the erasure of your personal information, subject to applicable legal retention obligations and legitimate interests
  • The right to object to certain processing activities where we rely on legitimate interests as the legal basis for processing
  • The right to receive your personal information in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, where technically feasible
